successfully developed and upgraded several business critical templates and documents for our organization that have resulted in a more comprehensive and logical business flow.

Though she was an asset to our Client Services section, Giselle Mazurat was also extraordinarily helpful in other areas of the organization. In addition to writing effective IT (including QA-specific) documents, Giselle assumed a
leadership role in process improvement meetings on many occasions, inspiring and motivating other employees.
